Grace & Young was founded by Mr. William Kincaid in 2013 as an independent oil and gas company. Currently, the company has drilled or participated in over 120 wells.

The management group for Grace & Young is headed by William Kincaid, President and Managing Partner. Kincaid has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management, and has been involved in petroleum exploration and production for over 15 years. He specializes in business management, as well as the identification and acquisition of suitable partnerships in the investment industry.
